Over time all properties will deteriorate in condition unless regular maintenance is undertaken. When companies want to close and relocate we’re used to controlling all aspects of the dilapidation and relocation process. Some Dilapidation Orders only give us four weeks to complete processes such as:

• Pallet racking removal

• Electrical strip out including on-site generators
• Furniture removal
• Air conditioning and sprinkler works

Some strip out projects require a specific approach. By offering added value to our clients, such as offering to sell on racking that is no longer required in a new premises we can save clients time, hassle and recoup some of their investment in old pallet racking.

Talking of pallet racking, we frequently complete jobs where we are against the clock. If you only have four weeks to find a provider who can carry out the removal of more than 1200 bays of 14m high pallet racking, then we have the experience in doing just that.

When working to tight deadlines, we don’t cut corners, we get to work ensuring strict Health and Safety controls are in place as we know that staff still have to conduct work in the building.
