On the back of Covid and the Ukraine war, Rhenus approached us seeking new pallet racking and mezzanine flooring solutions. Despite global material shortages, we were under pressure to meet an urgent deadline.
Following a thorough client meeting that enabled us to grasp their business needs, we were able to secure racking within 6 weeks, a process that was typically taking others 16 weeks. Each tier of the mezzanine floor was fitted out with long-span shelving which has been designed to assist the client in picking and packing.
Taking charge of project management, we coordinated with various trades, including sprinkler and lighting specialists to ensure completion within the tight timeline.
With our tailored solutions and efficient project management, we successfully implemented a new racking solution and mezzanine floor for Rhenus within their pressing timeline. Delighted with both the outcome and our overall project approach, they have since hired us on new projects across the estate.
